The Latino Chamber of Commerce of Mercer County was established in August of 1994 as a non-profit, nonsectarian and non-partisan organization. The Chamber office is located in the heart of Trenton.

The Latino Chamber believes responsible economic development is vital to the future growth of our community and that a responsible city government is necessary for a healthy business climate. Our mission is the development of a partnership between business and professional people that promotes the free enterprise system.

Our membership supports endeavors in the areas of commerce, education and employment. Whether you join as a corporation or an individual, you'll earn important and immediate dividends that will help you grow personally and professionally in the years ahead.

Exposure
Member Directory. Your business will be listed in Let's Go Looking Yellow Pages directory. Let's Go Looking is a feature rich yellow pages directory. As a member, you get to list your business in the directory at the silver level. This is a $60.00 a year savings to you for being a member of the chamber. Plus, you also get Let's Go Looking FREE Classifieds directory. You have to see for yourself the value these web sites bring to your business.

Member Promotion. The Latino Chamber promotes our member businesses and services to non-members via Let's Go Looking Yellow Pages and phone referrals

Networking. At the Chamber's networking events, members and non-members have access to the Hispanic community most successful business people and provide an opportunity to meet with the owners and decision-makers of those businesses.

Procurement. The Chamber works closely with our corporate partners procurement programs and promotes relationships between Hispanic businesses and corporations.

Seminars. Members have access to business development seminars at nominal cost.

History. The Latino Chamber of Commerce of Mercer County has a 9 year history in promoting the development of Hispanic businesses in Mercer County and the community those businesses serve.

Government Liaison. The Chamber provides a united and strong voice in local, State, and National governments regarding legislative issues that impact Hispanic businesses.

Metropolitan Perspective. The Chamber works to build a strong economic environment, help Hispanic businesses grow and develop, and promote a working relationship between non-Hispanic businesses and Hispanic businesses.

Industry Recruitment. The Chamber provides the Job Classified for identifying qualified Hispanic individuals for career opportunities at member businesses and the business community as a whole.

Some events the Chamber is involved in are :

  • Celebrate our Annual Awards Dinner! – Our annual event showcasing the best of our latin culture and awarding our outstanding business leaders and more

  • Join us in celebration at our Annual Latin Fair! – Our annual event brings the community together for a week long festival of music, foods, games, rides, and cultural events.
